Event Pass Info

We have four different Event passes available for purchase:

VIP Marketplace Pass  $25.00+HST
This two day event pass allows you to join in our special Friday night VIP Marketplace and shop all day on Saturday. You also receive the VIP "scrap" bag which is filled with product from our sponsors.

Friday Marketplace Pass  $17.00+HST
This pass allows you entrance to the ScrapFest Marketplace on Friday, April 12th, 2024. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass. It does not include entrance to the Marketplace on Saturday, April 13th.

Saturday Marketplace Pass  $12.00+HST (in advance) or $15.00 includes HST (at the door)
This pass allows you to shop in the ScrapFest Marketplace on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 from 9am - 5pm. You do not receive any type of goodie bag with this pass.

ScrapFest Marketplace Hours:

• Friday, April 12th: 3:00pm-4:00pm (Crop participants only)
• Friday, April 12th: 4:00pm-10:00pm (Crop, VIP, Friday Marketplace participants)
• Saturday, April 13th: 9:00am-5:00pm (VIP, Crop, and Saturday Marketplace participants)

ScrapFest Crop  $130.00+HST
The price of the Crop includes: your VIP pass ($25 value) to the ScrapFest Marketplace for Friday and Saturday, 28 hours of cropping time, a "crop" bag filled with product from our sponsors, and much more!!

Once Upon a Time a few princesses gathered to do some crafting at the AUD castle. Then years later they invited a few more of their friends and it became a royal celebration! Be our guest at our Scrappiest Place on Earth Crop in Kitchener. Come join us for this fun filled event where you can crop for 28 hours and enjoy contests, make ‘n takes, games, prizes and more. Our theme is anything Disney. You can dress up as your favourite Disney princess, character, or villain. Only at the AUD castle can the likes of Mickey, Elsa, Cruella de Ville, Lumiere and others all gather for a fun, creative weekend.

ScrapFest Crop Hours:

• Friday, April 12th: 9:00am-Midnight
• Saturday, April 13th: 8:00am-9:00pm

As well, you can purchase Educational classes at an additional cost. A Marketplace pass is not included in the cost of any class and you must have a pass to enter the Marketplace.
